2020 Conference Transitioning Online

Over the last several weeks, we, like many of you, have been learning about COVID-19 and the ways it’s impacting our community and world.

Due to increasing concerns around this evolving situation and standing by our commitment to keep the safety of our participants, volunteers and partners as our top priority—we’ve made the decision to transition this year’s conference to an online format.

While details surrounding this transition are still taking shape, we are committed to providing a robust conference experience online that is accessible to people regardless of concerns surrounding travel and health.

Here are some key things to know at this time:

Current Attendees

For those who registered for the conference prior to our transition to an online format, you have a few options available:

• You can participate in our online event and you will be refunded the difference from your original registration fee. The pricing is as follows:
– Sunday, April 26 only – $120
– Monday, April 27 or Tuesday, April 28 only – $190
– Any combination of 2 days or the full 3 days – $200
• You can transfer your registration to our 2021 or 2022 conference.
• You can receive a full refund.

If you haven’t yet done so, please fill out this form to indicate your preference for updating your registration.

Travel & Lodging

• If you booked lodging, connect with your hotel about cancellations.
• If you booked a flight, many airlines are now offering flight waivers and accommodations for specific travel dates and destinations. Please work directly with your airline. If needed, we have drafted a letter to support refund requests.

Exhibitors, Presenters and Volunteers

If you are involved in our conference as a presenter, exhibitor or volunteer, you will be receiving an email with detailed information specific to you.

These are difficult times and we appreciate your understanding as we navigate through this transition together. By transforming this into an online event, we’ll be doing our part to help promote the health of our community while also ensuring that the professionals and families we serve are still able to have an engaging and meaningful conference experience.
