Feeling anxious or worried is common among adolescents, yet sometimes anxiety becomes an exaggerated, unhealthy response. This interactive presentation will highlight a ten-session group counseling framework designed to assist students experiencing heightened anxiety. Participants will be provided with access to the curriculum, weekly lesson plans and activities, as well as formative and summative assessments used with middle and high school students in the school setting.
