The 9th Annual Child & Adolescent Mental Health Conference heralded the beginning of our MACMH Training Series (MTS) with the training Recognizing Early-Onset Mental Health Disorders: Key Warning Signs and Next Steps for Educators.  

Featured keynotes included David G. Fassler, Dr. Kenenth V. Hardy, and Barbara Stauch.

Fassler spoke about his book, “Help Me, I’m Sad: Recognizing, Treating and Preventing Childhood and Adolescent Depression.”

Hardy’s presentation was entitled, “Dying to be Saved: Strategies for Addressing Adolescents and Violence.” 

Lastly, Strauch spoke about her book, “The Primal Teen: What the New Discoveries about the Teenage Brain Tell Us about our Kids.”
