Many of the early conferences, including the 7th Annual Child and Adolescent Mental Health Conference focused on the theme of “Discover the Possibilities.” This was the second year the conference was hosted in Duluth.  

 It featured keynote speakers Dr. Martha B. Straus and Dr. John Hoover.
