MACMH Partner: Minnesota Children’s Alliance
The Minnesota Children’s Alliance is hosting a scholarship program for mental health providers and currently enrolled students, with a focus on practitioners employed by mental health agencies in Greater Minnesota and communities that have been historically underserved and underrepresented in child abuse response efforts (e.g., BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, disabled, and other marginalized groups).
Accepted applicants will have access to training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Tele-mental health TF-CBT delivery, as well as a series of trainings focused on culturally responsive practices. In return, Alliance asks trained providers to accept a small number of patient referrals from CACs (to be provided in person or via telehealth).
Apply by August 30, 2024.
